The invention discloses a novel double-component shield synchronous grouting material and a preparation method and application thereof, the novel double-component shield synchronous grouting material comprises 100 parts of a first component and 2-5 parts of a second component, each part of the first component comprises 100-300 parts of a cementing material, 400-600 parts of aggregate, 50-100 parts of a suspended filler, 2-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-5 parts of a modifier and 0-3 parts of a retarder; and each part of the second component comprises 50-100 parts of a coagulation accelerating component, 1-10 parts of a shielding component and 1-5 parts of a catalytic component. Compared with the prior art, the synchronous grouting material with controllable operation time and good construction performance is obtained by mixing the first component and the second component; the grouting material can simultaneously meet the construction requirements of large fluidity and long construction time redundancy before grouting and the quality requirements of short gelation time, high consolidation rate, good consolidation body durability and good tunnel linearity maintenance after grouting.
本发明公开了一种新型双组分盾构同步注浆料及其制备方法和应用,包括第一组分100份和第二组分2~5份,其中,每一份所述第一组分包括胶凝材料100~300份、骨料400~600份、悬浮填料50~100份、减水剂2~5份、改性剂1~5份以及缓凝剂0~3份;每一份所述第二组分包括促凝组分50~100份、遮蔽组分1~10份以及催化组分1~5份。与现有技术相比,本发明通过将第一组分和第二组分混合得到一种操作时间可控、施工性能良好的同步注浆料,能够同时满足灌注前需要较大的流动度、较长的施工时间冗余的施工要求以及灌注后较快的胶凝时间、较高的固结率、良好的固结体耐久性、隧道线性保持良好的质量要求。
