The raw materials comprise, by weight, 200-350 parts of circulating fluidized bed fly ash, 100-200 parts of red mud, 80-200 parts of solid waste micro powder, 50-90 parts of an exciting agent, 250-450 parts of water, 2-10 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.3-2 parts of a foaming agent, and 0.3-0.7 part of a foam stabilizer. According to the preparation method of the solid waste-based foam light soil, the fly ash and the red mud of the circulating fluidized bed can be consumed on a large scale, the use of traditional cementing materials such as cement is reduced, and the sustainable development road of national resource circulation and ecological civilization construction is met.
