The invention provides a preparation method of a disc-type ceramic membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing first alumina powder, second alumina powder, a pore-forming agent, a binder and a sintering aid, and carrying out first ball milling to obtain first slurry; carrying out spray granulation on the slurry to obtain granulation powder, carrying out dry pressing on the granulation powder to form a biscuit, and carrying out first sintering to obtain a disc-type ceramic membrane support body; mixing the third alumina powder, copper oxide powder, lanthanum oxide powder, a binder, a dispersant and a solvent, and then carrying out second ball milling to obtain second slurry; and uniformly coating the second slurry on a disc-type ceramic membrane support body, and carrying out second sintering, so that the aluminum oxide membrane is loaded on the disc-type ceramic membrane support body to obtain the disc-type ceramic membrane.
