Dispersing type heat conduction ceramic-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a dispersing type heat conduction ceramic matrix composite material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: dispersing mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber bundles through mechanical vibration and/or ultrasonic vibration, and then fixing the mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber bundles by using thermal fuses to obtain one-way pitch-based carbon fiber cloth; laminating the one-way pitch-based carbon fiber cloth, and sewing the laminated one-way pitch-based carbon fiber cloth with polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers to obtain a pitch-based carbon fiber preform; preparing a carbon interface layer on the fiber surface of the pitch-based carbon fiber preform through a chemical vapor deposition method, and performing graphitization treatment to obtain a carbon fiber intermediate blank; and enabling the ceramic precursor solution to react with the carbon fiber intermediate green body by adopting a precursor impregnation and pyrolysis process, so as to prepare the dispersed heat-conducting ceramic-based composite material. According to the method, the large-area heat-conducting ceramic-based composite material can be prepared through near-net-size forming, the fiber proportion and matrix components can be adjusted and controlled, and the prepared material has the advantages of being low in density, small in thickness, high in specific strength, uniform and compact in internal organization structure, rapid in-plane large-area heat conduction and the like.
本发明涉及一种分散型热疏导陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法。所述方法:将中间相沥青基碳纤维束通过机械振动和/或超声振动分散,然后用热熔丝固定,得到单向沥青基碳纤维布;将单向沥青基碳纤维布叠层后采用聚丙烯腈基碳纤维进行缝合,得到沥青基碳纤维预制体;通过化学气相沉积法在沥青基碳纤维预制体的纤维表面制备碳界面层并进行石墨化处理,得到碳纤维中间坯体;采用前驱体浸渍裂解工艺,使陶瓷前驱体溶液与碳纤维中间坯体反应,制得分散型热疏导陶瓷基复合材料。本发明可以近净尺寸成型制备大面积的热疏导陶瓷基复合材料,纤维比例和基体成分可调控,制得的材料具有密度低、厚度薄、比强度高、内组织结构均匀致密、面内大面积导热迅速等特点。
