The invention provides a physical treatment method of a cement mortar/concrete mixture, which comprises the following steps: carrying out physical ultrasonic treatment on the cement mortar/concrete mixture at the ultrasonic vibration frequency of 15KHz-50KHz, the ultrasonic vibration treatment time of t and the ultrasonic treatment time point of T; wherein the cement mortar/concrete mixture contains an additive, and the additive is used for improving the flowing property of the mixed slurry or prolonging the setting time. The physical treatment can be carried out immediately after the concrete is just mixed, can also be carried out at a certain time point from mixing to pouring, can also be carried out in the pouring process, and can also be carried out from pouring to condensation of the concrete; the method can also be carried out for multiple times at different time points. The ultrasonic treatment can weaken the inhibition effect of the admixture on cement hydration, promote the setting and hardening of cement mortar or a concrete mixture, improve the early strength development of the cement mortar or the concrete mixture, shorten the form stripping time of the precast concrete component and save energy.
