The height of the lifting plate can be increased by adjusting the sliding shaft, subgrade settlement is eliminated, the designed elevation of the pavement is recovered, and the process can be repeated for multiple times. The subgrade has the capability of resisting settlement, and the subgrade surface elevation is kept unchanged for a long time on the premise that powerful support is provided for the subgrade. The roadbed settlement problem can be effectively solved, and the method is suitable for road and railway roadbed engineering construction, especially roadbeds of unfavorable geological sections such as soft soil.
