The connecting structure comprises a pier, a bearing platform, a cover beam, a prestressed tendon pipeline, a high-strength steel strand and an anchor rod, the bent cap is located at the top of the pier, and vertically-through prestressed tendon pipelines are reserved in the bent cap and the pier; the high-strength steel strand is arranged in the prestressed tendon pipeline and penetrates through the bent cap and the pier, the top end of the high-strength steel strand is anchored to the upper end of the bent cap, and the lower end of the high-strength steel strand is anchored to the bottom of the pier to provide a self-resetting function and an anti-pulling function; the piers and the bearing platforms are connected through anchor rods. The construction form can shorten the construction period and save the economic cost; the low-yield-point steel plates and the high-strength steel strands in the structure provide energy dissipation capacity and a self-resetting function, so that the pier has good performance under the earthquake action.
