The invention relates to the technical field of water gate pier repairing, in particular to a water gate pier repairing method which comprises the following steps: S1, foundation treatment; s2, performing pretreatment; s3, brushing an interface agent; s4, plastering construction is carried out; s5, maintenance is carried out; s6, blade coating of an SPC polymer coating. By means of the technology, the durability of a concrete structure can be greatly improved, and the engineering service life is prolonged. By comparing and analyzing the performance of various hydraulic concrete building surface repairing and protecting materials and selecting an SPC polymer cement mortar series as a repairing material for construction, the detection result shows that the SPC polymer mortar has good performances of compactness, bonding, impact resistance, wear resistance, permeability resistance, freezing resistance and the like, and a repairing layer is firmly bonded with concrete. The expected purpose is achieved, and reference is provided for similar engineering application.
本发明涉及水闸闸墩修补技术领域，具体地说就是一种水闸闸墩修补方法，包括如下步骤：S1.基础处理；S2.预处理；S3.涂刷界面剂；S4.抹面施工；S5.养护；S6.刮涂SPC聚合物涂层，通过此工艺可以大大提高混凝土结构耐久性，延长工程使用年限。并通过比较分析多种水工混凝土建筑物表面修补防护材料性能，选择SPC聚合物水泥砂浆系列作为修补材料施工后检测结果表明，SPC聚合物砂浆具有良好的致密，黏结，抗冲耐磨，抗渗，抗冻等性能，修补层与混凝土黏结牢固。达到了预期目的，为类似工程应用提供了借鉴。
