The invention discloses a soft soil site solidification method which comprises the following solidification steps: S1, surveying the compaction degree of a soft soil site on site, and carrying out measurement and calculation to obtain the compaction degree; s2, selecting the loosest position of the soft soil site, and downwards driving a hollow hole steel pipe; s3, preparing the following materials in parts by weight: 200 to 900 parts of cement, 200 to 500 parts of silicate, 10 to 420 parts of a curing agent, 1 to 300 parts of polyethylene, 100 to 600 parts of gypsum and 100 to 1500 parts of water; s4, the materials in the step S3 are put into a stirring barrel to be stirred and mixed; and S5, the stirred mixture is poured into the hollow hole steel pipe. According to the method, the hollow hole steel pipe is driven into the soft soil site, the hardened material is continuously injected into the hollow hole steel pipe, the material is tamped in the soft soil site in a tamping mode, uneven settlement of a soft soil foundation is reduced, the phenomena of cracking, damage and the like are avoided, normal construction of the soft soil site is guaranteed, and a better use prospect is brought.
本发明公开了一种软土场地固化方法,固化步骤包括:S1、实地勘测软土场地的密实程度,通过进行测量计算得出密实程度;S2、选取软土场地最为松散的位置,向下打入空心孔洞钢管;S3、准备如下份数的材料:水泥200‑900份、硅酸盐200‑500份、固化剂10‑420份、聚乙烯1‑300份、石膏100‑600份与水100‑1500份;S4、将S3步骤中的材料放入搅拌筒中进行搅拌混合;S5、将搅拌后的混合物倒入在空心孔洞钢管内部。本申请通过将空心孔洞钢管打入软土场地中,并在内部不断的注入硬化的材料,通过夯实的方式将材料夯实在软土场地中,减少软土地基的不均匀沉降,避免出现开裂破坏等现象,保证软土场地的正常施工,带来更好的使用前景。
