The invention discloses a construction method for keeping the perpendicularity of a guide wall of an underground diaphragm wall. The construction method comprises the following steps of constructing the guide wall and constructing a supporting beam. Construction of a guide wall: after the underground diaphragm wall is excavated to form a diaphragm wall groove, constructing the guide wall at the diaphragm wall groove, and forming an operation groove in the guide wall; the two opposite sides of the operation groove are defined as single side walls of the guide wall respectively. A plurality of supporting beams are built in the operation groove, the supporting beams are arranged at intervals in the extending direction of the operation groove, one end of each supporting beam is connected with one single-side wall, and the other end of each supporting beam is connected with the other single-side wall. After the guide wall is built, a plurality of supporting beams are additionally built between the two single-side walls of the guide wall, so that the two single-side walls support each other, and the back side of each single-side wall is filled with original soil, so that the single-side walls are effectively prevented from inclining, the perpendicularity of the single-side walls is kept, and the overall perpendicularity of the guide wall can be guaranteed by leaning against the ground.
