Construction method for deep foundation pit in water-rich soft stratum
Aiming at the water-rich soft stratum, the invention explores an underground diaphragm wall construction method and a water-rich soft stratum deep foundation pit construction method based on the underground diaphragm wall construction method. The TAD construction method is used for constructing the canal type cutting assembly type underground continuous wall on the periphery, the rapid water stopping effect can be achieved, rapid supporting is formed for the peripheral water-rich soft stratum, conditions are provided for cast-in-place construction of the inner-layer cast-in-place underground continuous wall, and the influence of underground water on inner cement soil can be reduced. Under the protection of the peripheral canal type cutting assembly type underground diaphragm wall, the inner-layer cast-in-place underground diaphragm wall is cast at intervals in a cast-in-place mode, so that the influence of water on cast-in-place concrete can be completely avoided while the construction efficiency is improved. According to the designed prefabricated plate pile, cast-in-place concrete can enter the reserved channel, the channel type cutting assembly type underground diaphragm wall and the cast-in-place underground diaphragm wall are connected into a whole, the overall thickness and strength of the underground diaphragm wall are guaranteed, and the advantage performance of the prefabricated plate pile and the advantage performance of the cast-in-place diaphragm wall are integrated.
针对富水软弱地层,本发明探究了一种地下连续墙施工方法以及基于该地下连续墙施工方法的富水软弱地层深基坑施工方法。利用TAD工法在外围施工渠式切割装配式地下连续墙,能够起到快速止水作用,并对外围富水软弱地层形成快速支撑为内层现浇地下连续墙的现浇筑施工提供条件,还可以减少内水泥土受地下水的影响。在外围渠式切割装配式地下连续墙的保护下,采用现浇筑方式间隔浇筑内层现浇地下连续墙,提高施工效率的同时可以完全避免水对现浇混凝土的影响。设计的预制板桩可以使现浇筑的混凝土进入预留通道,将渠式切割装配式地下连续墙与现浇地下连续墙连接为整体,保证地下连续墙整体的厚度与强度,综合了预制板桩与现浇连续墙的优势性能。
