The clearing and conveying mechanism comprises a supporting shell, a driving wheel arranged at the top in the supporting shell, a tensioning outer diameter adjusting part arranged at the bottom of the supporting shell, a conveying crawler belt arranged outside the driving wheel and the tensioning outer diameter adjusting part in a sleeving mode, and a plurality of material clearing shovels arranged on the conveying crawler belt. The supporting shell is of a triangular structure, an inverted-V-shaped channel is formed in the supporting shell, and a discharging opening communicated with the inverted-V-shaped channel is formed in the top of the supporting shell. The driving wheel is driven by a motor arranged on the side wall of the supporting shell.
