Replacement method of apron pavement refueling bolt well
The invention provides a method for replacing an apron pavement refueling bolt well. The method comprises the steps that the plane range of pavement replacement is determined according to the surrounding situation of a to-be-replaced refueling bolt well, and construction coordinate pile numbers are marked; investigating conditions of peripheral bolt wells, underground pipelines and structures of the to-be-replaced refueling bolt well, and determining a depth range of vertical excavation of the pavement; dismantling the to-be-replaced refueling bolt well, and plugging the refueling branch pipe; the original pavement slab is dismantled; compacting and leveling a soil matrix, and pre-burying parts; a new pavement slab prefabricated part is manufactured and stored; putting the new pavement slab prefabricated part into the well body; the newly replaced refueling bolt well and the new pavement slab prefabricated part are welded; filling quick-setting cement mortar with micro-expansibility along a gap between the well body and the new pavement slab prefabricated member; and pouring joints. The method has the following beneficial effects that the site construction time of the airport apron is shortened, the prefabricated part manufacturing site is not in the construction site, and therefore airport apron air stopping is reduced or avoided, and the airport utilization efficiency is improved.
本发明提出了一种机坪道面加油栓井的更换方法:根据待更换加油栓井的周边情况确定道面更换的平面范围,标注施工坐标桩号;对待更换加油栓井的周边栓井、地下管线和构筑物情况进行调查,确定道面竖向开挖的深度范围;拆除待更换加油栓井,封堵加油支管;拆除原有道面板;压实平整土基,并进行零件预埋;新道面板预制件的制作和存储;将新道面板预制件放入井体中;将新更换的加油栓井和新道面板预制件进行焊接;沿井体与新道面板预制件之间的缝隙灌注具有微膨胀性的快干水泥砂浆;接缝灌缝。本发明的有益效果如下:缩短了在机坪现场施工的时间,预制件制作场地不在施工现场,因此减少或避免机坪停航,提高机位利用效率。
