The invention discloses an FRP sticky anchor connecting structure and method for assembly type composite wallboards, the connecting structure comprises FRP fiber cloth, an FRP fiber anchor, a first bolt sleeve, a second bolt sleeve and a high-strength bolt, the FRP fiber cloth is embedded in a first wallboard and bonded with one end of the FRP fiber anchor, the other end of the FRP fiber anchor is connected with the first bolt sleeve, the second bolt sleeve is connected with the second bolt sleeve, and the high-strength bolt is connected with the FRP fiber cloth. The second bolt sleeve is arranged in the second wallboard, and the high-strength bolt sequentially penetrates through the second bolt sleeve and the first bolt sleeve to connect the first wallboard with the second wallboard; according to the invention, a thermal bridge effect formed by a metal part penetrating through all materials is avoided; the problem that the thermal insulation layer needs different thicknesses in different places is solved, and the FRP adhesive anchor is connected with the metal part, so that the use durability and comfort degree of the structure are improved.
