The invention relates to an assembly type prefabricated concrete composite floor slab and a construction method of the assembly type prefabricated concrete composite floor slab. The groove-shaped steel beams are sequentially spliced to define a rectangular cavity, the T-shaped bearing platforms are welded to webs of the groove-shaped steel beams, and the reinforcing meshes are welded to the webs of the groove-shaped steel beams or the tops of the T-shaped bearing platforms. And the concrete body is poured into the rectangular cavity and is formed between the flange plate of the groove-shaped steel beam and the bottom end of the T-shaped bearing platform. The construction method comprises the steps that the groove-shaped steel beam is fixed, and then the T-shaped bearing platform and the stiffening ribs are welded to the groove-shaped steel beam; horizontally-distributed reinforcing meshes are arranged in the groove-shaped steel beams, then the groove-shaped steel beams are overturned and inverted, concrete is poured to form a concrete body, and finally the fabricated prefabricated concrete composite floor slab is obtained through overturning and inverted. Compared with the prior art, the connecting structure has the advantages that building space is saved, transmission of vertical force and transverse force of the floor is guaranteed, installation time is saved, and installation cost is reduced.
