Through the arrangement of a vibration mechanism, in general snowy weather, snowflakes can automatically slide down and fall on a bearing plate after being heated by a periodic heating plate, so that the bearing plate slides down, a mounting plate is pulled downwards through a pull rope, and snow blocks fall on the bearing plate and are bounced off and separated through a vibration plate; and under the elastic force action of the first spring, the mounting plate quickly moves upwards to generate a vibration effect, so that accumulated snow on the photovoltaic panel is automatically shaken off.
