The invention discloses a windproof platform frame for high-altitude glass curtain wall operation, which is based on a damping confrontation principle, a damping structure is designed to confront swinging of a platform due to wind so as to improve the stability and the safety of a suspended platform, and meanwhile, the platform can be adsorbed on the surface of a glass curtain wall in an emergency so as to further reduce the probability of accident occurrence. According to the technical scheme, the lifting device is characterized by comprising a sling and a manned platform, the manned platform comprises a bottom support, longitudinal supporting rods and a handrail structure, the bottom support is of a rectangular truss structure, a bottom plate used for bearing people is arranged on the bottom support, and at least four corners of the bottom support are each provided with one longitudinal supporting rod; the sling is connected with the top of the longitudinal supporting rod to hoist the whole manned platform. The manned platform further comprises a damping mechanism and a curtain wall adsorption mechanism, the damping mechanism is located below the manned platform and connected with the bottom support and/or the longitudinal supporting rod to resist transverse swing of the manned platform, and the curtain wall adsorption mechanism is used for adsorbing and fixing the manned platform to the surface of a curtain wall.
