The invention discloses a manual and automatic integrated lock which comprises a shell, a spring bolt, a lock cylinder, a linkage rotating disc, a transmission piece, a sliding block and a driving unit. A plurality of receding grooves are sequentially formed in the circumferential side of the linkage rotary disc at intervals in the circumferential direction, and a first linkage part and a second linkage part which are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction are arranged on the linkage rotary disc. The driving unit drives the sliding block to move, and the sliding block is linked with the transmission part to move. The transmission part pushes the first linkage part or the second linkage part to act so as to drive the linkage rotating disc to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise, so that the spring bolt retracts into the corresponding receding groove for unlocking, or the linkage rotating disc pushes the spring bolt to be separated from the corresponding receding groove and stretch out for locking; the lock cylinder is rotated to drive the linkage rotating disc to rotate, so that the spring bolt retracts into the corresponding receding groove for unlocking, or the linkage rotating disc pushes the spring bolt to be separated from the corresponding receding groove and stretch out for locking; therefore, manual unlocking and locking and automatic unlocking and locking are integrated, and the problem that unlocking and locking cannot be carried out when power is off or power is off is solved.
