Damping hinge
When the damping hinge is in an open state, an elastic assembly and a second connecting piece are locked, the elastic assembly is in a compressed state, the elastic assembly is separated from a door body fixing base, and an abutting part of a fourth connecting piece is separated from a damping block of a speed reduction assembly; when the damping hinge is in a critical state, the elastic assembly and the second connecting piece are unlocked, the elastic assembly recovers deformation to abut against the door body fixing base and rotate around the door body fixing base, the door body fixing base drives the fourth connecting piece to rotate clockwise, and therefore the abutting part abuts against the damping block in a rolling mode to reduce the closing speed until the door enters a closed state. Therefore, when the door body is in an open state, the elastic assembly does not exert closing acting force on the door body, and a user can take and place objects conveniently; when the door body rotates in an over-critical state, the elastic assembly applies closing acting force to the door body, the door body and the cabinet body are finally closed completely, meanwhile, the self-closing speed can be reduced through cooperation of the abutting part and the damping block, and safety is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种阻尼铰链,阻尼铰链处于打开状态时,弹性组件与第二连接件锁定且弹性组件处于压缩状态,弹性组件与门体固定座分离,第四连接件的抵持部与减速组件的阻尼块分离;阻尼铰链处于临界状态时,弹性组件与第二连接件解锁,弹性组件恢复形变与门体固定座抵接并绕门体固定座转动,门体固定座带动第四连接件顺时针转动,以使抵持部与阻尼块滚动抵接以降低闭合速度直至进入闭合状态。因此当门体处于打开状态时,弹性组件对门体不施加闭合的作用力,便于用户取放东西;当门体转动过临界状态,弹性组件对门体施加闭合的作用力,使门体与柜体最终完全闭合,同时抵持部与阻尼块的配合可以降低自闭合速度,保证安全。
