The invention discloses an embedded refrigerator hinge structure which comprises a hinge plate, the first end of the hinge plate is fixedly installed on the top of a refrigerator cabinet body, the second end of the hinge plate extends out of the front side of the refrigerator cabinet body, and the second end of the hinge plate is fixedly connected with a vertically-downward hinge shaft. The lower end of the hinge shaft extends into a guide groove formed in the top end of the refrigerator door body and is in sliding connection with the guide groove, and the design method of the guide groove is characterized by comprising the following steps that s1, a motion equation of the refrigerator door body is determined; s2, constructing a curvilinear equation of the guide groove; and s3, drawing a curve at the top end of the refrigerator door body, wherein the curve is the track of the guide groove. The hinge shaft is matched with the guide groove, so that the outer side edge of the front end face of the refrigerator door body moves inwards along the side cabinet in the process that the refrigerator door body is opened from the closed state, and therefore the refrigerator door body cannot rub and collide with the side cabinet in the door opening process.
