The high-voltage sodium lamp made of the ceramic tube with the metal ring has high PPF and color rendering index Ra, the cold end temperature control is better and more stable, and the ceramic tube for the high-voltage sodium lamp has better consistency and illumination stability.
本发明涉及具有金属环的高压钠灯陶瓷管及其制作方法，包括如下步骤：获得内里中空的陶瓷管基体，在所述陶瓷管基体的两个端部外周表面涂覆金属浆料，整体置于保护气氛下进行烧结，获得具有金属环的高压钠灯陶瓷管；其中所述金属浆料包括如下100％重量百分比材料：钨粉50‑70％、氧化铝粉5‑15％、二氧化锆4‑13％、钼粉0.5‑2％、水性调墨印油20‑37％。采用本发明的具有金属环的陶瓷管制成的高压钠灯具有高PPF和显色指数Ra，控制冷端温度更好、更稳定，本发明的高压钠灯用的陶瓷管具有较好的一致性以及照明稳定性。
