The invention discloses a continuous casting anti-blocking submersed nozzle inner hole body material which is an Al2O3-BN-C material and comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 39-55% of corundum, 6-10% of alumina powder, 15-35% of boron nitride, 12-20% of graphite and 2-6% of an antioxidant. And 4-7% of a binding agent is added. The antioxidant comprises boron carbide and boron glass powder, and the content of the boron carbide is 1-3% and the content of the boron glass powder is 1-3%; the binding agent is phenolic resin. The inner hole body material disclosed by the invention has excellent thermal shock resistance, erosion resistance, metal liquid infiltration resistance and oxide inclusion deposition and adhesion performance; and meanwhile, the submersed nozzle has good conductivity and can be used under the condition of an external electric field, nodulation and blockage of the submersed nozzle are prevented through electric field-material coupling, and the submersed nozzle meets the continuous casting anti-blockage requirements of multiple types of steel with complex inclusion components.
本发明公开了一种连铸防堵塞浸入式水口内孔体材料,所述内孔体为Al2O3‑BN‑C质材料,材料原料按质量百分比计:刚玉39~55%,氧化铝粉6~10%,氮化硼15~35%,石墨12~20%,抗氧化剂2~6%;外加结合剂+4~7%。所述抗氧化剂为碳化硼和硼玻璃粉,且碳化硼1~3%,硼玻璃粉1~3%;所述结合剂为酚醛树脂。本发明的内孔体材料具有优异的抗热震性能、抗侵蚀性能、抗金属液体浸润及氧化夹杂物沉积附着性能;同时具有良好的导电性能,可以在外加电场条件下使用,通过电场‑材料耦合来实现防止浸入式水口结瘤和堵塞,适应夹杂物成分复杂的、多钢种的连铸防堵塞需求。
