Multiple sets of containing grooves are formed in the buffer block, first elastic small balls are arranged in the containing grooves, multiple sets of fixing rods are arranged at the end, close to the buffer block, of the connecting block, second elastic small balls are arranged at the ends, close to the buffer block, of the fixing rods, and two sets of connecting rods are arranged at the end, close to the fixing plate, of the movable plate body.
