The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphene-based cement concrete admixture, which comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing 1 part by mass of graphene or layered graphite and 40-100 parts by mass of concentrated sulfuric acid, adding 2-8 parts by mass of nitrate and 2-8 parts by mass of strong oxidizing salt below 5 DEG C, mixing, and reacting to obtain a mixture A; and pouring the mixture A into 150-200 parts of a hydrophilic solvent, mixing, cooling to room temperature, adding 1-3 parts of an organic matter containing peroxide groups, adding 1-4 parts of manganese salt as a catalyst, stirring, reacting, standing the mixed solution after the reaction is finished to obtain a precipitate, washing, and drying to obtain the graphene-based cement concrete admixture. The invention also discloses the graphene-based cement concrete admixture prepared by the preparation method. The concrete admixture is simple in preparation method and easy to disperse, the density, strength and durability of cement concrete can be improved, meanwhile, the production cost of the concrete is reduced, and the service life of a concrete structure is greatly prolonged.
本发明公开了一种石墨烯基水泥混凝土外加剂的制备方法,包括:以质量份数计,将1份石墨烯或层状石墨与40~100份浓硫酸搅拌混合,在5℃以下加入2~8份硝酸盐与2~8份强氧化性盐,混合后进行反应,得到混合物A;将混合物A倒入150~200份亲水性溶剂中,混合冷却至室温后加入1~3份含有过氧基团的有机物,并加入1~4份锰盐作为催化剂,搅拌进行反应,待反应结束后将混合液静置,得到沉淀物,洗涤、干燥,得到所述的石墨烯基水泥混凝土外加剂。本发明还公开了由上述制备方法得到的石墨烯基水泥混凝土外加剂。该混凝土外加剂制备方法简单,易分散,且可提高水泥混凝土的致密度,强度与耐久性,同时降低混凝土的生产成本,大幅提高混凝土结构的寿命。
