Carbonization-resistant alkali slag concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses anti-carbonization alkali slag concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing and screening raw materials; adding the modifier into the machine-made sand, uniformly stirring, and mixing the coarse aggregate with the palygorskite soil; adding the modified machine-made sand and the recycled coarse aggregate into the gravel, the pre-wetted aggregate and the alkali slag, mixing, then adding the silica fume, the cement and the water, and mixing; and adding the microbead viscosity-reducing material, the polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, the permeable waterproof agent, the polypropylene fiber, the acrylate functional agent, the admixture and the residual water, and stirring and mixing. According to the invention, the polypropylene fiber is added into the concrete, and the fiber is melted at high temperature (fire) to form a channel capable of enabling water vapor to escape from a boundary area, so that the air pressure is reduced, and the protective layer of the column is prevented from peeling off; a water storage device is formed in the concrete through the pre-wetting aggregate, so that the concrete is continuously wetted and cured, the autogenous shrinkage of the concrete can be greatly reduced, and micro-cracks are reduced.
