ZrO2-(Al, Cr) 2O3-Mg (Al, Cr) 2O4 composite refractory material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a ZrO2-(Al, Cr) 2O3-Mg (Al, Cr) 2O4 composite refractory material and a preparation method thereof. Aluminum chromium slag generated by smelting metal chromium through an aluminothermic method is used as a main raw material, a certain amount of chromium trioxide, a small amount of MgO sintering aid and a ZrO2 reinforcing agent are added, then forming and calcining are performed, and the ZrO2-(Al, Cr) 2O3-Mg (Al, Cr) 2O4 composite refractory material is obtained and mainly comprises Mg (Al, Cr) 2O4 spinel, a (Al, Cr) 2O3 solid solution and ZrO2. The composite refractory material has the characteristics of excellent mechanical property, good thermal stability, good slag corrosion resistance, high strength, long service life and high energy-saving efficiency. The technical method can effectively improve the performance and slag corrosion resistance of the traditional chrome corundum refractory material, and has the characteristics of short flow, low energy consumption and simple production process.
本发明提供一种ZrO2‑(Al,Cr)2O3‑Mg(Al,Cr)2O4复合耐火材料及其制备方法。利用铝热法冶炼金属铬产生的铝铬渣是作为主原料,配加一定量的三氧化铬和少量的MgO烧结助烧剂和ZrO2增强剂后成型并煅烧出一种ZrO2‑(Al,Cr)2O3‑Mg(Al,Cr)2O4复合耐火材料,该材料主要由主要是由Mg(Al,Cr)2O4尖晶石、(Al,Cr)2O3固溶体和ZrO2构成。这种复合耐火材料具有力学性能优异,热稳定性好、抗渣侵蚀能力好、强度高、寿命长、节能效率高的特点。该技术方法能够有效提高传统铬刚玉耐材的性能和抗渣侵蚀性能,具有流程短、能耗低、生产工艺简单的特点。
