The coating with high flame-retardant, antibacterial and anti-static properties is obtained, the blank of floor coatings with various special functions is filled up, the appropriate proportion of all the raw materials is obtained through flame-retardant effect, antibacterial effect and anti-static tests, and all the comprehensive properties of the coating are further improved.
本发明公开了一种具有高阻燃、抗菌及防静电涂料的制备方法和应用,涉及涂料技术领域,包括如下步骤:将竹质纳米纤维素在尿素和羟基亚乙基二膦酸组成的混合溶液中进行磷酸化处理,通过真空抽滤和干燥后得到磷酸化纳米纤维素;取一定质量的水性聚氨酯和蒸馏水备用,将磷酸化纳米纤维素加入到蒸馏水中,采用高速剪切搅拌机对该混合液进行搅拌,本发明通过向纳米纤维素胶体中加入铜纳米粒子,并将改性的纳米纤维素胶体加入到水性聚氨酯漆中,得到具有高阻燃、抗菌及防静电性能的涂料,填补了具有多种特殊功能的地板涂料的空白,且通过阻燃效果、抗菌效果以及抗静电测试得出各原料的适宜比例,进一步提高了涂料的各项综合性能。
