本发明涉及桥梁施工技术领域,提出了桥梁转体上转盘位移法施工用球铰模具,包括转盘定位轴,所述转盘定位轴的外周面上活动套设有球铰模具壳体,所述球铰模具壳体的内部呈空腔结构,所述球铰模具壳体的内部开设有安装槽,所述安装槽的内部安装有水平测准仪,通过球铰模具壳体和砂土清理结构等结构的设置,多余的散砂土会向中心轴的方向靠拢,又因为砂土进口处设置有倾斜状的斜板,所以砂土会被向上推动至砂土运输盘的顶部,起到自动清理多余碎砂的效果,防止因为后期的清理而导致的球铰的重心偏移而造成的一系列问题,解决了不能自动清理砂石的问题。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有技术中的不能自动清理砂石和实用性较差的问题。
