The invention discloses a house building construction accumulated water removing environment-friendly device which comprises a water collecting tank, a water suction assembly and a residue collecting assembly, a plurality of universal wheels are arranged on the bottom face of the water collecting tank, the water suction assembly comprises a connecting hose and a water suction pump, one end of the connecting hose penetrates through the water collecting tank and extends into the water collecting tank, and the water suction pump is arranged on the connecting hose. The residue collecting assembly comprises a filter cylinder, a spiral conveying shaft and a residue collecting box, the filter cylinder is arranged in the water collecting tank, the connecting hose is communicated with the filter cylinder, the spiral conveying shaft is arranged in the filter cylinder, a residue collecting opening communicated with the filter cylinder is formed in the side wall of the water collecting tank, and the residue collecting box is connected to the outer wall of the water collecting tank and communicated with the residue collecting opening.
