The invention discloses a fabricated steel structure residential system, and belongs to the technical field of fabricated buildings. The system comprises a frame part and a shear wall part, wherein the frame part comprises a special-shaped column, a steel beam and a floor system; the special-shaped column comprises a steel pipe and a plurality of pieces of T-shaped steel arranged along the peripheral wall of the steel pipe. According to the T-O combined special-shaped column section form provided by the invention, relative separation of the pressed column and the bent column on the combined section can be realized, and the T-O combined special-shaped column section form has better flexural capacity and rigidity. And by utilizing the characteristics of the T-shaped steel on the outer side, the steel beam and the special-shaped column can be connected in a full-bolt mode. Meanwhile, the reinforcing component is arranged at the beam-column joint, so that the rigidity and the strength of the joint area are improved. Besides, the concrete structures of the floor system and the shear wall are optimized, and a corresponding node connecting mode is provided, so that the fabricated steel structure residential system which can be quickly assembled and is stable in connection is formed.
本发明公开了一种装配式钢结构住宅体系,属于装配式建筑技术领域。本发明包括框架部分以及剪力墙部分,所述的框架部分包括异形柱、钢梁以及楼盖;其中,所述的异形柱包括钢管以及沿着该钢管周壁设置的若干T型钢。本发明所提出的T‑O组合异形柱截面形式,可实现柱受压和受弯在组合截面上的相对分离,具有较好的受弯承载力和刚度。且利用外侧T型钢的特性,使得钢梁与异形柱之间可采用全螺栓的连接形式。同时,通过在梁柱节点处设置增强构件,以提高节点域的刚度与强度。另外,本发明还对楼盖及对剪力墙的具体结构进行优化,并提出对应的节点连接方式,从而形成一种能够快速装配,且连接稳定的装配式钢结构住宅体系。
