The invention discloses a stereo garage, a vehicle parking method and a vehicle taking method. The stereo garage comprises a vehicle entrance, a vehicle exit, a vehicle transfer device and at least one parking unit. Each parking unit comprises a driving area, a conversion area, a transfer area and a parking area which are sequentially arranged side by side; the driving area is arranged between the vehicle entrance and the vehicle exit and is used for providing a traffic lane for vehicles; the conversion area corresponds to the driving area and is used for driving in and parking of vehicles in the driving area; the parking area is provided with a plurality of parking layers arranged up and down, the vehicle transfer device is used for transferring vehicles between the transfer area and the parking layers, and the transfer area is matched with the vehicle transfer device and used for providing transfer space for the vehicle transfer device to transfer the vehicles. All the areas in the stereo garage are reasonably arranged, and under the condition that the cost of the stereo garage is reduced, the vehicle storing and taking efficiency is improved.
