A meter-scale ATO film is glued between the two layers of transparent PMMA organic modified materials to form a middle laminated layer product, a plurality of round holes are formed in the middle laminated layer product close to the periphery, and a middle laminated layer finished product is obtained; a first square frame body is glued between the T-DLs180 ultra-low radiation glass film surface of the first layer and the finished product of the middle laminated layer, a second square frame body is glued between the finished product of the middle laminated layer and the TXITNO189 glass film surface of the fourth layer, and a cross row type non-metal rigid displacement-preventing reinforcing device is placed between the finished product of the middle laminated layer and the fourth layer; the long ends of the plurality of cylinders are correspondingly inserted into the round holes; annular grooves among the T-DLs180 glass, the middle laminated layer finished product and the outer peripheral surface of the first square frame, and annular grooves among the TXITNO189 glass, the middle laminated layer finished product and the outer peripheral surface of the second square frame are filled with structural sealants; inert gas is filled in inner cavities of the two square frame bodies. The hollow glass is used for preparing building doors and windows.
一种轻量化安全节能复合型中空玻璃及其制造方法,属于建筑材料领域。两层透明PMMA有机改性材料之间胶接纳米级ATO胶片构成中间夹胶层制品,中间夹胶层制品靠近四周边加工有数个圆孔,得到中间夹胶层成品;第一层的T‑DLs180超低辐射玻璃膜面与中间夹胶层成品之间胶接第一个方框体,中间夹胶层成品与第四层的TXITNO189玻璃膜面之间胶接第二个方框体,中间夹胶层成品与第四层之间放置十字联排型非金属刚性防止位移加固装置,且数个圆柱的长端对应插装在圆孔内;T‑DLs180玻璃与中间夹胶层成品及第一个方框体外周面之间、以及TXITNO189玻璃与中间夹胶层成品及第二个方框体外周面之间的环形沟槽内填充结构密封胶;两个方框体内腔中充装惰性气体。本发明的中空玻璃用于制备建筑门窗。
