Method for producing high-quality machine-made sandstone by using waste glass
The invention discloses a method for producing high-quality machine-made sandstone by using waste glass, and belongs to the technical field of building materials, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the waste glass to obtain waste glass powder; (2) adding an alkali solution into the waste glass powder, mixing, and stirring and reacting for 3-5 hours at the temperature of 65-85 DEG C to obtain a reaction product; and (3) uniformly mixing the machine-made sandstone and sodium fluosilicate, adding the mixture into the reaction product, and introducing carbon dioxide gas into the container in the continuous stirring process until the liquid in the container is completely absorbed. The waste glass powder reacts with the aqueous alkali to obtain the water glass, and after the water glass is cured and coats the surface of the machine-made sandstone, the strength and surface smoothness of the machine-made sandstone are improved. Moreover, the particle size distribution condition of the waste glass powder is reasonably designed, the graded glass particles with edges and corners reflected are doped into the machine-made sand to serve as aggregate, and the overall graded distribution condition of the mixed machine-made sand is improved.
本发明公开了一种利用废弃玻璃生产高品质机制砂石的方法,属于建筑材料技术领域,包括如下步骤:(1)将废弃玻璃粉碎,得到废弃玻璃粉;(2)向废弃玻璃粉中加入碱溶液混合,在65~85℃温度下搅拌反应3~5h,得到反应产物;(3)将机制砂石与氟硅酸钠混合均匀后,加入到反应产物中,在持续搅拌过程中向容器中通入二氧化碳气体,直至容器中的液体被完全吸收。本发明将废弃玻璃粉与碱溶液反应得到水玻璃,水玻璃固化包覆在机制砂石表面后,提高了机制砂石的强度及表面光滑性。而且合理设计废弃玻璃粉的粒径分布情况,反应掉棱角部分的级配玻璃颗粒掺入机制砂中作为骨料,改善混合后机制砂的整体级配分布情况。
