The invention relates to the field of refractory materials, in particular to a refractory material for a tap hole of a high-temperature electric furnace and a preparation method thereof.The refractory material is prepared from, by weight, 80-100 parts of magnesia, 20-40 parts of tabular corundum, 0.1-0.5 part of calcium chloride, 1-3 parts of boric acid, 5-15 parts of composite carbon raw materials, 1-5 parts of antioxidant and 5-10 parts of binding agent; the composite carbon raw material comprises expanded graphite and graphene coating the surfaces of the magnesia and the tabular corundum. The refractory material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is good in mechanical property and has excellent oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance.
本发明涉及耐火材料领域,具体为一种高温电炉出铁口用耐火材料及其制备方法,以重量份数计,包括:镁砂80‑100份、板状刚玉20‑40份、氯化钙0.1‑0.5份、硼酸1‑3份、复合碳素原料5‑15份、抗氧化剂1‑5份、结合剂5‑10份,所述复合碳素原料包括膨胀石墨和包覆在所述镁砂和板状刚玉表面的石墨烯,本发明所制备的耐火材料力学性能良好且具有优异的抗氧化和抗热震性能。
