The invention discloses a high-color-rendering-index and high-luminous-efficiency fluorescence conversion composite material for laser illumination and a preparation method thereof.The fluorescence conversion composite material is composed of lens-shaped fluorescent ceramic and a fluorescent silica gel layer coating the surface of the fluorescent ceramic, and the fluorescent ceramic is excited by blue exciting light to emit yellow-green light; the fluorescent silica gel layer is excited by the blue exciting light to emit red light; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing lens-shaped fluorescent ceramic by adopting a gel casting method, coating a red fluorescent silica gel layer on the surface of the lens-shaped fluorescent ceramic, and drying to obtain the fluorescence conversion composite material. The composite fluorescent material prepared by the invention realizes high-brightness white light emission under the excitation of a blue light LD chip with the wavelength of 455nm, the luminous efficiency is 190-260lm/W, the color rendering index is 90-96, and the composite fluorescent material is simple to prepare and easy for industrial production.
本发明公开了一种激光照明用高显色指数高光效荧光转换复合材料及其制备方法,荧光转换复合材料由透镜形荧光陶瓷和涂覆在所述荧光陶瓷表面的荧光硅胶层组成,所述荧光陶瓷由蓝光激发光激发而发出黄绿光,所述荧光硅胶层由所述蓝光激发光激发而发出红光;先采用凝胶注模法制备透镜形荧光陶瓷,再在透镜形荧光陶瓷表面涂抹红色荧光硅胶层,干燥后得到荧光转换复合材料。本发明制备的复合荧光材料在波长为455nm蓝光LD芯片激发下,实现高亮白光发射,发光效率190~260lm/W,其显色指数为90~96,且制备简单,易于工业化生产。
