The invention discloses a rapid dispersion type polycarboxylate superplasticizer for ultra-high performance concrete and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that S1, ethylene glycol monovinyl polyoxyethylene ether, phosphonic acid modified macromonomers and deionized water are added into a reaction kettle and stirred and mixed to be uniform, and a solution A is obtained; s2, hydrogen peroxide is added into the solution A, the mixed solution B and the mixed solution C are dropwise added at the same time, a heat preservation reaction is conducted for 2-3 hours, cooling is conducted to the room temperature, and a solution D is obtained; the mixed solution B is a deionized water mixed solution of acrylic acid and unsaturated polyphosphonic acid monomers, and the mixed solution C is a deionized water mixed solution of ascorbic acid and thiohydracrylic acid; s3, adding caustic soda liquid with the mass fraction of 30% into the solution D, and adjusting the pH value to be 6-7, so as to obtain the rapid dispersion type polycarboxylic acid water reducer for the ultra-high performance concrete. 本发明公开了一种超高性能混凝土用快速分散型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括:S1、将乙二醇单乙烯基聚氧乙烯基醚、膦酸改性大单体和去离子水加入反应釜中,搅拌混匀得到A溶液;S2、在A溶液中加入双氧水,分别同时滴加B混合溶液和C混合溶液,保温反应2‑3小时,冷却至室温得到D溶液;所述B混合溶液为丙烯酸、不饱和多膦酸单体的去离子水混合溶液,所述C混合溶液为抗坏血酸、巯基丙酸的去离子水混合溶液;S3、在D溶液中加入质量分数30%的液碱,调节pH值为6~7,得到超高性能混凝土用快速分散型聚羧酸减水剂。本发明所提供的聚羧酸减水剂吸附能力强,能在超低水胶比的条件下实现快速吸附和稳定,能大幅提升超高性能混凝土的分散性。
