The invention relates to the technical field of railway traffic, and provides a ballastless track maintenance method in an operation skylight period, which comprises the following steps of: chiseling off ballast bed concrete between sleepers in a maintenance area range; the sleepers and the corresponding sleeper ballast bed concrete in the maintenance area range are chiseled away, and the chiseled-away sleepers and the corresponding sleeper ballast bed concrete are replaced with wooden sleepers; mounting a ballast bed framework; the ballast bed framework is a prefabricated part; the ballast bed framework comprises a template frame body, a rail bearing table and a steel reinforcement framework; the track bed concrete is poured into the formwork frame body; and maintenance of the ballastless track is completed. The method can solve the problems that when a ballastless track plate of an existing ballastless track is replaced, old track bed concrete needs to be chiseled away, and line passing is blocked; and the problems that track bed concrete chiseling, reinforcing steel bar bundling and formwork assembling and disassembling work amount is large, work time is long, and the skylight period is likely to be exceeded, so that lines in a maintenance area cannot be operated on time, and economic losses are caused are solved.
本发明涉及铁路交通技术领域,提供了一种运营天窗期内的无砟轨道维修方法,包含如下步骤:凿除维修区域范围内的枕间道床混凝土;凿除维修区域范围内的轨枕及对应的轨枕道床混凝土,使用木枕代替被凿除的所述轨枕及对应的所述轨枕道床混凝土;安装道床骨架;所述道床骨架为预制件;所述道床骨架包含模板框体、承轨台和钢筋骨架;向所述模板框体内浇筑所述道床混凝土;完成无砟轨道的维修。本发明能解决现有的无砟轨道在更换无砟轨道板时,需要凿除旧的道床混凝土,导致线路通行受阻;且道床混凝土凿除、钢筋捆扎和模板拼装及拆除作业量大,作业时间长,容易超出天窗期时间,从而导致维修区域内的线路不能准时运营并造成经济损失的问题。
