The invention relates to a method for installing a steel arch of a large-span steel tube arch bridge by using a self system. Welding a connecting bracket on the pre-embedded steel plate; penetrating a rotating shaft into the connecting bracket and mounting an anchorage device box; mounting a first steel pipe arch section and a steel stand column on a shoreside bracket; welding the connecting bracket and mounting the anchorage device box at the top end of the steel stand column along the two sides of the axis of a steel arch rib; steel strand penetrating, second steel pipe arch section hoisting, arch rib end welding connection support and anchor box installation under the condition that a floating crane is not unhooked, steel strand penetrating between an arch rib anchor box and a steel stand column anchor box, steel strand tensioning at the same time to complete second steel pipe arch section fixing and unhooking, and steel arch rib hoisting closure section to complete arch bridge closure ; construction of a large number of temporary facilities can be reduced, the second steel pipe arch section is fixed through return pulling of the steel strands, the arch rib hoisting period is shortened, and therefore the effects of saving cost and accelerating the construction progress are achieved.
本发明涉及一种大跨径钢管拱桥利用自身体系钢拱安装方法,在拱座施工时预埋钢板→预埋钢板上焊接连接支架→连接支架中穿入转轴并安装锚具盒→在岸边支架上安装第一钢管拱段及钢立柱→在钢立柱顶端沿钢拱肋轴线两侧焊接连接支架及安装锚具盒→在拱座锚具盒到钢立柱锚具盒之间穿入钢绞线→吊装第二钢管拱段→在浮吊不脱钩的情况下拱肋端头焊接连接支架及安装锚具盒→在拱肋锚具盒到钢立柱锚具盒之间穿入钢绞线→同时张拉两侧钢绞线完成第二钢管拱段固定并脱钩→吊装合拢段钢拱肋完成拱桥合拢;本发明可以减少大量临时设施的建设,通过钢绞线返拉完成第二钢管拱段固定缩短拱肋吊装工期,从而达到节约成本、加快施工进度的效果。
