The method comprises the steps that S1, a temporary arch support is designed; s2, before dismantling, the pushing side adjusts the positions of the buckle cable and the carrying pole beam to be away from the arch rib direction, and the width is determined according to the dismantling width; s3, the two temporary skewback pushing systems work, and synchronous pushing is carried out till the dismantling width is reached; s4, a tower crane hoists a steel wire rope to be installed on the segment to be dismantled, connecting bolts on the two sides of the segment are dismantled, the segments are hoisted to the ground through the tower crane and then dismantled one by one, and the segments are transported away from the operation site after being stored; s5, after the first truss is detached, the carrying pole is moved to the original position of S2 towards the pushing side; and S6, the steps S3-S5 are repeated, and the next truss is dismantled till overall dismantling is completed.
