The invention relates to the technical field of rotary excavating piles, and discloses a rotary excavating pile reinforcement cage protection arm which comprises a steel casing structure and further comprises a reinforcement cage structure arranged in the steel casing structure during construction. The balance structure is arranged on the reinforcement cage structure; and the limiting mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the steel casing structure. The steel casing structure is novel in design and ingenious in structure, it is guaranteed that the risk of damage to the steel casing structure is reduced in a visual blind area of pouring, meanwhile, the supporting force on the reinforcement cage structure is increased through the supporting main ribs and the annular ribs, once outward force is generated in the reinforcement cage structure during concrete pouring, the force is decomposed and transmitted through the balance structure, and the effect of protecting the steel casing structure is achieved. Compared with a single-layer reinforcement cage structure, the deviation risk of the reinforcement cage structure is reduced, the accuracy of concrete pouring in the construction process is guaranteed, the compressive strength of the reinforcing steel bars at the connecting position of the whole reinforcement cage structure is improved, and therefore the compressive strength and the supporting acting force of the whole rotary excavating pile after concrete pouring are improved.
