The invention relates to the technical field of cast-in-place piles, and discloses a highway bridge impact type cast-in-place bored pile construction technology which comprises the steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted; a connecting cylinder is connected to the outer side of a center pile in a sleeving mode, a first fixing bolt is rotated in the forward direction, so that a limiting block abuts against the outer side of the center pile, installation of the auxiliary assembly is completed, then a connecting rod is pulled out of the interior of a fixing column, the connecting rod is fixed through a second fixing bolt, and the position of the fixing column is adjusted; a sliding ring is rotated in an annular sliding groove, a triangular column is used for indicating the position on the outer side of an angle scale, a fixing column is adjusted to a proper position, one pile in a cross-shaped fender pile penetrates through the interior of a limiting ring, then one pile in the cross-shaped fender pile is fixed to a site, and then installation of one pile in the cross-shaped fender pile can be completed. The installation speed and accuracy of the cross fender pile are greatly improved, and the installation size of the cross fender pile does not need to be manually and repeatedly measured.
