The invention discloses a pile foundation construction device which comprises a workbench installed on the ground at the top of a pile foundation hole; the perfusion catheter comprises a plurality of unit tubes which are sequentially and coaxially sleeved in a sliding manner; the top of the unit pipe located on the outermost portion is connected with the workbench. The filling funnel is hermetically communicated with the top of the outermost unit pipe, and the filling funnel is communicated with a filling port of a filling machine; the winding reel is arranged at the top of the filling funnel; one end of the steel wire rope is connected with the bottom of the innermost unit pipe, and the other end of the steel wire rope extends in the axial direction of the perfusion catheter, penetrates out of the perfusion catheter and is wound on the winding reel. In the pouring process, along with rising of the concrete surface, the unit pipe located on the lower portion can be lifted upwards to be folded in the unit pipe located on the outermost portion, it is guaranteed that concrete pouring construction operation is conducted continuously, meanwhile, the height position of a pouring opening is not affected, and the pouring efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种桩基施工装置,其包括:工作台,其安装于桩基孔顶部的地面上;灌注导管,其包括多个依次同轴滑动套接的单元管;位于最外部的单元管的顶部与所述工作台连接;灌注漏斗,其与位于最外部的单元管的顶部密封连通,所述灌注漏斗与灌注机的灌注口连通;绕线筒,其设于所述灌注漏斗的顶部;钢丝绳,其一端与位于最内部的单元管的底部连接,另一端沿灌注导管的轴向延伸穿出灌注导管,并缠绕于所述绕线筒上。本发明可在灌注过程中,随着混凝土面的上升,将位于下部的单元管向上提升收拢于位于最外部的单元管内,保证了混凝土灌注施工作业的连续进行,同时又不会影响灌注口高度位置,大大提高了灌注效率。
