The limiting portion is provided with an upper limiting face, the limiting bearing portion is provided with a lower bearing face, the upper limiting face and the lower bearing face are a pair of rotation attaching faces, and when the movable arm support rotates to face the right front of the rotation platform, the lower bearing face is located on the upper side of the upper limiting face and attached to the upper limiting face in an up-and-down mode. The limiting part and the limiting bearing part counteract part of torque generated by a working device on the movable arm support, and the bending moment on the swing mechanism is reduced.
本发明涉及回转结构，为解决现有挖掘机上回转式工作装置作业时回转机构承受巨大弯矩的问题，本发明构造一种动臂回转装置和挖掘机，其中动臂回转装置包括回转平台、回转固定部固定在回转平台前部的回转机构、固定于回转机构的回转转动部上的动臂支座，动臂支座的后部设置有限位部，回转平台上位于动臂支座后方的位置处固定有限位承载部；限位部上具有上限位面，限位承载部上具有下承载面，上限位面和下承载面为一对回转贴合面，当动臂支座转动至朝向回转平台正前方时下承载面位于上限位面上侧且下承载面与上限位面上下贴合。本发明限位部和限位承载部抵消部分工作装置在动臂支座上产生的力矩，减少回转机构上的弯矩。
