The invention relates to a river channel dredging ship which comprises a ship body. The desilting device comprises a silt pumping pump and a stirring mechanism; a robot arm; the silt storage bin is arranged between the middle of the ship body and one side of the stern in a sliding mode and communicates with the silt pumping pump; when the interior of the silt storage bin is empty, the silt storage bin is located on one side of the stern of the ship body. And when sludge is stored in the sludge storage bin and the weight of the sludge storage bin is continuously increased, the sludge storage bin moves from one side of the stern of the ship body to the middle of the ship body. The center of gravity of the desilting ship can be kept near the middle of the ship body in the process that the ship body moves to be close to the designated desilting position, in the desilting operation process and in the process that the ship body is driven away from a river channel after the desilting operation, the phenomenon that the center of gravity shifts is avoided, and the desilting efficiency is improved. When the river channel dredging ship is in contact with sludge or is impacted by other floating impurities, the dredging ship can be kept stable more easily and cannot overturn.
