The invention relates to a construction method of a large-span steel truss sliding supporting system under complex supporting conditions, which comprises the following construction steps: S1, sequentially dividing a roof construction position into a hoisting area, a sliding area, a post-patching area and a lifting area from one end to the other end of the roof construction position; s2, supporting frames are installed in the lifting area and the sliding area, sliding rails are installed on the supporting frames in the sliding area, an assembling platform is installed at the front end of the sliding area, and meanwhile a lifting structure is installed on the peripheral edge of the lifting area; s3, the roof is installed in a sliding mode; s4, edge sealing trusses, skylight edge sealing trusses and peripheral scattered rods are installed on the assembling platform; s5, the splicing platform is dismantled step by step from the two sides of the slippage area to the middle, a tree-shaped column installation space is vacated, tree-shaped column branches are hoisted in a segmented mode, and reticulated shells between the branches are installed in time; s6, mounting tree-shaped column scattered rods, skylight peripheral scattered rods, middle main trusses, middle secondary trusses and a daylighting roof; and S7, the supporting frame, the sliding track, the lifting structure and the lifter which are used for lifting and sliding the roof in the sliding area and the lifting area are unloaded.
