The invention provides a fault early warning device and method, a secondary water supply system and a storage medium. The fault early warning method is applied to the secondary water supply equipment, and comprises the following steps: S1, for each monitoring position of the secondary water supply equipment, acquiring multiple pieces of water supply information of the monitoring position in real time by using a sensor, and taking the multiple pieces of water supply information as a water supply information set; s2, whether the parameter of each piece of water supply information is within the corresponding preset range or not is detected; s3, when detecting that at least N parameters of the water supply information are not in the corresponding preset range, outputting a predicted fault type and a predicted similarity corresponding to the input parameter through the fault prediction model; and S4, when the predicted similarity corresponding to the input parameter is greater than a preset similarity, generating first early warning information and sending the first early warning information to first user equipment. According to the method, multiple water supply information parameters are comprehensively utilized, and the fault prediction model is combined, so that early warning of the fault of secondary water supply is realized.
