The invention discloses a high-carbon ferrochrome slag ore phase reconstruction ceramic-based concrete aggregate and a preparation method thereof, after liquid high-carbon ferrochrome is discharged from a furnace, remaining high-carbon ferrochrome slag is retained in the furnace, and the slag is kept in a molten state; uniformly mixing light-burned magnesia fine powder and industrial alumina fine powder to serve as a reconstructed material, and adding the reconstructed material into the furnace through a charging hole; and starting a stirring device in the furnace to uniformly mix the molten slag and the reconstructed material to obtain reconstructed slag, pouring the reconstructed slag into a slag tank, sealing the tank, carrying out muggy treatment for 2-3 hours, opening the tank, naturally cooling the reconstructed slag, and crushing to obtain the ceramic-based high-strength concrete aggregate. The raw materials used in the method are all industrial byproducts, waste heat of the slag in the deslagging process is fully utilized, and the high-carbon ferrochrome slag is subjected to mineral phase reconstruction by using the reconstruction material, so that the purpose of preparing the ceramic-based high-strength concrete aggregate through direct materialization is achieved, the subsequent treatment cost of the high-carbon ferrochrome slag is reduced, and the resource utilization rate of the high-carbon ferrochrome slag is increased; the prepared concrete aggregate is excellent in mechanical property, low in chromium ion leaching concentration and harmless to the environment.
本发明公开了高碳铬铁熔渣矿相重构陶瓷基混凝土骨料及其制备方法,在液态高碳铬铁出炉后,将剩余的高碳铬铁渣留置炉内,并保持炉渣熔融状态;将轻烧镁砂细粉和工业氧化铝细粉混合均匀作为重构料,通过装料口加入炉内;启动炉内搅拌装置使熔渣与重构料混合均匀得到重构渣,倒入渣罐内封罐闷热处理2~3h后开罐,将重构渣自然冷却后破碎,制得陶瓷基高强混凝土骨料。本发明使用的原料均为工业副产物,充分利用出渣过程中炉渣的余热,使用重构料对高碳铬铁熔渣进行矿相重构,达到直接材料化制备陶瓷基高强混凝土骨料的目的,降低高碳铬铁渣的后续处理成本,提高其资源利用率,所制得的混凝土骨料力学性能优异、铬离子浸出浓度小,对环境无危害。
