Calcium sulphosilicate-calcium sulphoaluminate cement clinker and preparation method thereof
The present invention relates to the field of building materials, and discloses a calcium sulphosilicate-calcium sulphoaluminate cement clinker, which comprises 35-60 wt.% of calcium sulphosilicate, 20-45 wt.% of calcium sulphoaluminate, 0-5 wt.% of belite, 2-10 wt.% of high temperature anhydrite, and 2-10 wt.% of an iron phase, and the mass ratio of calcium sulphosilicate to calcium sulphoaluminate in the cement clinker is 0.78-3. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the following components in parts by mass: 52.49-65.67 parts of limestone, 35.92-43.62 parts of gypsum, 8.85-35.63 parts of bauxite, 0.22-25.69 parts of fly ash, 0-1 part of calcium fluoride and the like, and grinding to obtain a cement raw material; and calcining the cement raw material in a high-temperature furnace, and then quickly cooling to room temperature to obtain the cement clinker. According to the cement clinker, the production energy consumption is effectively reduced, and the later mechanical property of the cement clinker is effectively improved.
