The invention discloses a lithium slag-based concrete mineral admixture which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of lithium slag, 3-10 parts of fly ash, 4-9 parts of silica fume, 7-12 parts of limestone powder, 6-13 parts of steel slag powder, 3-5 parts of zeolite powder and 0.2-0.6 part of cement activator. The lithium slag-based concrete mineral admixture comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of lithium slag, 3-10 parts of fly ash, 4-9 parts of silica fume, 7-12 parts of limestone powder, 6-13 parts of steel slag powder, 3-5 parts of zeolite powder and 0.2-0.6 part of cement activator. Compared with the prior art, the cement mortar has the advantages that the cement consumption is reduced, the cost is saved by utilizing the lithium slag, and the strength of the cement mortar is improved.
