The concrete surface reinforcing agent provided by the invention is based on the lithium-based penetrating fluid, the organic silicon resin and the epoxy resin emulsion which are strong in adhesive force, convenient to cure, strong in chemical stability and high in self strength, and is externally doped with the sodium sulfate, the latex powder, the modified microcrystalline cellulose, the talcum powder, the coalescing agent and the defoaming agent; when being smeared on the concrete surface, the concrete surface modifier can effectively improve the pore structure of concrete, so that the microstructure of the concrete surface is more compact, the surface strength and durability of the concrete are improved, and potential safety hazards caused by cracks of the concrete are solved.
